Friday, September 15, 2023 – In seeking to retain the seat of government on October 3, the Progressive Conservatives have made a number of announcements to put money back in the pockets of Manitobans. Last week’s announcement was that if reelected, they would allow senior citizens to defer their property taxes and pay the bill when the sell their homes.
As Marty Gold explains, that’s a tough one for the opposition NDP to argue against, since it comes from their own playbook from the past.
